Advocacy Services
EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS
Employee assistance programs play a crucial role in supporting employees with students facing special circumstances, such as special needs, behavior challenges, career indecisions, and sports deficiencies. We provide access to tailored resources, professional services, specific guidance and hands on solutions on addressing various challenges at home, school and in the community. By partnering with the company EAP we will confidentially empower the students and employees to effectively manage the complexities of raising students and athletes in diverse circumstances. Ultimately, investing in the well-being of employees and their families through EAPs can lead to improved job satisfaction, productivity, and overall employee morale.
INDIVIDUAL EDCUATION PLANS (IEP) & 504 ACCOMMODATIONS
Students with special education needs require guidance, support, and knowledge of the IEP/504 accommodations process to improve academically, socially and mentally. To thrive in their educational journey students who have special needs need a support system that can act as a proxy for daily challenges, a liaison for effective communication with teachers, and an side by side advocate during annual meeting. Our services will make a significant difference in ensuring that their child receives the necessary support and accommodations. By prioritizing the well-being and educational success of these students the EAP can create a more inclusive and supportive environment for all employees and their families.
COMMUNITY RESOURCES
By providing community resources for the student and employee we can facilitate effective collaboration with social and educational resources creating a cohesive partnership with local, state and national organizations. We can serve as a bridge between these entities, the student and the employee to facilitate communication, address any issues that may arise, and promote the student's social, academic and overall social well-being.
