Brent Carmichael (“BC”) is an educator, public safety professional, youth advocate, former professional basketball athlete, and founder of 4u Academy a non-profit organization established in 2011 in Lewisville, Texas.

 

With more than two decades of experience in education, behavioral intervention, emergency preparedness, youth development, violence prevention, autism advocacy, and community leadership, Brent has dedicated his career to helping individuals, families, schools, workplaces, and communities thrive. His work has impacted thousands through life-saving safety education, leadership development, student engagement, family empowerment, and professional trainings. He is spiritually guided by his personal journey as the father of an autistic son Artez. Nickname: ARTE and his passion for service when working with youth, families, schools and communities.
