Our goal is to improve student behavior and emotional regulation. The statement of purpose is to prepare staff to model, teach, and reinforce trauma-responsive strategies that create safe, supportive learning environments.
Participants are expected to develop a strong understanding of trauma’s impact on behavior, demonstrate effective interventions, and provide ongoing coaching to colleagues.
By building internal expertise, schools promote consistency in behavioral responses and foster positive, resilient school cultures.
