STUDENT ADVOCACY
As a Employee Assistance Provider we will expand the traditional Employee Assistance services by offering a direct student support system that bridges the gap between home, school, and work. When schools require immediate input, behavior intervention coordination, or collaborative planning, our team “steps in” on behalf of the parent to ensure continuity of care and effective communication takes place during the busy workday.
We work collaboratively with parents, schools, and employers to ensure students receive the advocacy, safety, and training they need to thrive—while employers benefit from reduced absenteeism, improved productivity, and stronger employee retention.

SAFE SHOPS
Arte 4 Consulting SAFE SHOPS are workshops designed to empower and prepare students, staff, employees and community residents for emergency situations at home, school, work and community.
By-stander preparedness, temporary care awareness, home fire safety risk-reduction approaches and situational empowerment training can be. completed in one-hour classroom or two-hour small group settings together or separate.
Participation certificates issued upon completion of the workshops.
